We just moved to Hornchurch and I had to find new Osteo. I had ongoing lower back issues onset by my occupation.

If you've been with an Osteo before then you only need one session with Norma to know how skilled and knowledgeable she is. I thought my previous was good but Norma takes it to a whole new level (no offence to my old Osteo!).

I'm so glad I found Norma and look forward to (my back) working with her.

I had a sports massage recently, and it was such an amazing experience — not just because of how great the treatment felt, but also because it was done by someone I truly trust and care about. From the moment it started, I could tell how much thought and skill went into every movement. The pressure was perfect, and they knew exactly how to work through all the tight spots from my training.

I walked away feeling lighter, looser, and completely rejuvenated. It’s such a special feeling to be treated by someone who really knows what they’re doing and genuinely wants to help you feel your best.
