2 treatments last week as in awful pain with locked left hip, severe inflammation and compensation pain in right. Barely able to walk and unable to sleep with pain. Quite a targetted session which definetly helped to unlock my hips and lots of takeaway info. Return follow up visit 48 hrs later (Norma made me an early emergency appt before clinic) Much improved after following all instructions to ice 2 hourly and exercises. Definetly got me out of the woods. On going strengthening exercises provided. Hard work but🤞 I stay out of intense pain and muscles strengthen around my hips. Will see next visit in 2 weeks. Once again I cannot reiterate enough how knowledgable, contientious, caring and professional Norma-jean is. You will be hard pressed to find anyone better.
